What happens when you reach out
- A patient coordinator (not a clinician) responds within one business day.
- You share your symptoms, prior workup, and goals — informally and confidentially.
- If appropriate, we help connect you with a board-certified urologist for a formal consultation (video or in-person).
- All medical decisions are made between you and the urologist. We never charge for inclusion in our featured-centers list and never sell your information.
Not for emergencies. If you are experiencing acute urinary retention, blood in the urine, fever with urinary symptoms, or any medical emergency, call your local emergency number or visit the nearest emergency department.
